We have had an amazing first week back and we are so proud of the effort the children have put into their learning They are settling into Year 1 so well.

We had some special visitors in our outdoor area and they left some clues for us! We were detectives and worked out that the Three Little Pigs had built their houses in our outdoor area. We are going to be learning all about the story this term. We had a go at building our own houses for the pigs to live in. We were fantastic builders and the wolf (Miss Douglas) couldn't blow any of them down! We also had a go at acting out the story ourselves. We definitely have some budding actors in Squirrels and laughed very hard when the wolf burnt his bottom!
