Term 2 is Spiritual term. This time of year gives us so much to support our Spiritual development. From the changes of the world around us through the seasons to the coming period of advent. Plenty of opportunities for connection to self, others and the world around us.

We are incredibly lucky to have our chaplain Daniel with us each Wednesday to support our children, staff and families. He is usually on the gate with Ms Glover on Wednesday mornings so feel free to stop and say 'hello' to him.

On Monday our choir had the honour of singing at City Hall as part of the Wiltshire Christmas Voice Festival collaborative concert. The children were all amazing and certainly got us in the mood for the coming Christmas season. #wearecreative #stnicholasporton

Today, Owl Class led a poignant Remembrance Service, reminding us all of the importance of reflection, gratitude, and peace. We are so proud of the respect and care they showed throughout. On Sunday, Mrs Bales proudly represented St Nicholas School at the St Nicholas Church Remembrance Service, and our Worship Team planted poppies lining the path to the church. We will remember them. #RemembranceDay #LestWeForget #stnicholasporton #WeWillRememberThem #Community #Peace
Our amazing children spent time mastering all sorts of skills at the end of Skilful term willow weaving, cooking, crochet, knitting, painting and junk modelling! We love seeing their confidence and creativity shine! #stnicholasporton #weareskilful
